Gulf Trade supplies steel, petrochemicals, fertilizers and building materials from Gulf producers to customers across the GCC, East Africa and South Asia, and delivers them with its own logistics team.
Who we are
A Muscat trading house working between Gulf producers and the markets they serve
Gulf Trade buys from mills, refineries and plants in Oman and the wider Gulf, and sells to contractors, manufacturers and distributors abroad. We trade as principal: we take ownership of the cargo, arrange the freight and stay responsible until it is delivered.
The company is organised in eight commodity desks. Each desk knows its producers, its buyers and its specifications, and is supported by a shared team for logistics, trade finance and documentation.

Our location
Ports on the open sea
Oman's main ports sit outside the Strait of Hormuz, on the Gulf of Oman and the Arabian Sea. Cargo loaded in Sohar, Duqm or Salalah reaches Africa and Asia without passing through the strait, which shortens voyages and reduces exposure to congestion and war-risk premiums.
